Car Accident Causes and Liability Issues
Based on this news report, we don’t know exactly how or why this horrific collision occurred. Did one of the drivers run a red light? Were the traffic lights working properly at the intersection? Did one of the drivers fail to yield right-of-way to the other? Did negligence on the part of one of the drivers cause this accident? Were any other vehicles involved?
If the driver of the pickup truck is found to be at fault here, he or she could be held financially responsible for the accident, injuries and damages.
