Stephen Wright, 69, was fatally injured in a Simi Valley bicycle accident after his bike was struck by a commercial flatbed truck.
According to a KVTA news report, Wright was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision, which occurred a little after noon on April 27 in the area of Los Angeles Avenue and Sycamore Drive.
Police say neither Wright nor the other driver showed any signs of impairment. An investigation into the cause of the collision is still ongoing. Simi Valley police are urging anyone with information about this fatal crash to contact them at 805-583-6189.
