Two people were killed in a crash outside a North Hollywood liquor store after a vehicle crashed into two other parked cars. According to a KTLA news report, the incident occurred the evening of March 13 in the area of 11000 W. Oxnard St. when a gray Saturn sedan going south on Vineland Avenue went out of control and ran off the road. Three people died in a Garden Grove car accident when a speeding truck hit a car and smashed through a wall, plunging into a home’s swimming pool. According to a news report in The Orange County Register, the fatal crash occurred early morning on March 12. A Garden Grove police officer reportedly saw a Dodge Ram truck speeding through a parking lot on Chapman Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, a part of the city known to be a high crime area. A crash between a big rig and an SUV, which officials say, was carrying more than two dozen people near the U.S.-Mexico border the morning of March 2, killed at least 13 and injured several others. An SUV crashed through a wall and into the classroom of a daycare facility in the Saugus area of Santa Clarita sending three children to the hospital even though no major injuries were reported. According to a KABC news report, paramedics responded to the crash reported at La Petite Academy located in the 28000th block of Seco Canyon Road the afternoon of Feb. 22. A statement from the academy said that a school family member’s vehicle struck the building and drove into the classroom. One man suffered critical injuries in a Los Angeles car accident after the vehicle he was driving flew off an overpass into palm trees and burst into flames. According to a KABC news report, the horrific crash was reported the night of Jan. 21 near the Sixth Street exit. Video from the scene showed the Mercedes Benz fly off the Sixth Street overpass and into the palm trees, and then burst into flames as California Highway Patrol officers rushed in to try and pull the driver from the burning, crashed vehicle. Zackary Topolewski-Jury, 21, was killed in a car accident in Newport Beach after his sports car crashed into the side of a building the night of Jan. 23. According to a news report in The Orange County Register, the fatal crash occurred at 6904 West Coast Highway.
