California Car Accident Lawyer: Proceed With Caution When Dealing with Insurance Adjusters
When dealing with an insurance company, it is always best to consult with a car accident lawyer in California. Insurance companies are for-profit organizations that are driven to make as much money as possible. As an employee of the insurance company, the insurance adjuster has a responsibility to make money for his company by holding back every last penny that he/she possibly can from your personal injury claim. As such, insurance adjusters are trained to do anything and everything within their means to withhold payment. While the insurance companies train adjusters to advocate their side, the average person must consult with a car accident attorney who will advocate their side of the story.
