Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a driver who struck and fatally injured 48-year-old Arturo Garcia in Pico Rivera, and left the scene of the crash. According to a KTLA news report, Garcia was killed the night of June 14th when a car struck him as he crossed the street in the area of Washington and Paramount boulevards. Police are searching for a big rig, which they say, was involved in a fatal hit and run crash in downtown Los Angeles on the morning of May 7. According to a KTLA news report, the crash occurred as the victim was pushing a shopping cart on Seventh Street near South Alameda Street. According to a news report in The Orange County Register, the fatal crash occurred on Beach Boulevard between Ball Road and Orange Avenue the night of April 23. Police say the victim may have been standing in the northbound lane closest to the sidewalk when he was struck and sustained severe head trauma. The victim was described as a man in his mid-20s.
