The parents of 23 year old Dayna Kempson Schacht were faced with an unimaginable nightmare. Their daughter was fatally injured in a terrible car accident after losing control of her vehicle and crashing into a tree. Even worse, one of the firefighters who was supposed to be rescuing her, filmed Schacht on his cell phone. The footage is approximately a half-minute long and became viral after it was posted and shared on the Internet.
The parents of Dayna Kempson Schacht found out about the video in a text message that told them the video had gone viral. Her father said, “It was bad enough that we lost our daughter. And now to have to deal with something like this, it’s just beyond words.”
