Attorneys John Bisnar and Brian Chase, from the award winning Newport Beach personal injury law office of Bisnar Chase Personal Injury Attorneys, have both been honored with two of five awards for Orange County’s Top Personal Injury Lawyers. The August 2010 edition of OC METRO magazine announced this year’s top five personal injury lawyers proclaiming the two partners to be among the best in Orange County. This year’s award is based on data from the well-know Internet lawyer rating service Avvo.
Founding partner of Bisnar Chase Personal Injury Attorneys, John Bisnar, and senior partner Brian Chase, both received “perfect 10” scores and “superb” ratings. This year’s ratings were a reflection of their successful track record, impeccable reputation, experience as attorneys, and professional accomplishments.
Founding Partner John Bisnar
John is a Southern California native and Army veteran. He graduated from CSU Long Beach in 1974 and then proceeded to Pepperdine University School of Law to receive his JD degree. John has a reputation for providing outstanding results for victims who have suffered personal injury in car accidents due to defective products and/or general negligence. Since the opening of Bisnar Chase Personal Injury Attorneys in 1978, John Bisnar has represented 6,124 clients with a 97.8% success rate. Even more impressive, he has managed to recover hundreds of millions of dollars for injured accident victims and the families of deceased accident victims. His courage and tenacity has been praised for standing up to giant corporations and even government entities for his clients.

Senior Partner Brian Chase
Brian graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law where he received his JD degree. While attending Pepperdine Brian was the associate editor of the Pepperdine Law Review. Brian has been practicing law for over 17 years during which he has tried over 20 jury trials and obtained numerous seven and eight figure settlements.
Brian has published a number of articles, has made numerous radio and television appearances, and is a frequent nationwide lecturer on litigation-related topics. Brian is currently a Vice President of the Consumer Attorneys of California and is past President of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, The American Association for Justice, The Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Christian Legal Society.
