A woman was injured in a Newport Beach car accident, which officials say, involved two vehicles. According to a news article in Corona Del Mar Today, the injury crash occurred the afternoon of November 22, 2011 at the intersection of East Coast Highway and Marguerite Avenue in Corona Del Mar. Newport Beach police report an SUV and a Volkswagen were involved in the collision. One woman was transported to Hoag Hospital with unknown injuries. An investigation is ongoing.
